Relipet, a China-based cat tree manufacturer and OEM/ODM pet product supplier, closes for National Day holiday Oct 1–7, 2026. Email and shipping continue on a limited basis.
Dear customers and partners,
Please note that
Relipet, your trusted
cat tree manufacturer and
OEM/ODM supplier of pet products, will be closed for the National Day holiday from
October 1 to October 7, 2026.
During this period, our team will remain available on a limited basis to handle email enquiries and keep shipments moving. If you have any urgent matter, please feel free to contact us at any time — we will respond as promptly as we can.
For new enquiries, please allow for a slightly longer response time. Not only is Relipet on holiday, but our upstream manufacturing partners are as well — many technical and pricing questions cannot be confirmed until they return. As a result, quotation and sample feedback will be slower than usual, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
We look forward to returning at full capacity after the break, and to working closely with you to successfully achieve our goals for the final quarter of 2026 — delivering quality cat trees, cat scratching posts and wholesale pet products to partners worldwide.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
Warm regards,
The Relipet Team
